Over the past several months, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside a dear client and her sister through their journeys of healing and grief. Their faithfulness in showing up for care has been such a blessing to me, and today I was surprised with one of the most thoughtful gifts I’ve received in a long time.

She hand‑made this pillow woven with all the colors of my clinic space, every detail carefully chosen, every stitch filled with love. 🩵🩵

When I was planning the design of this space, I intentionally considered the multitude of colors described in Scripture, colors that reflect the rainbow, God’s covenant, and the beauty of His creation. These same colors also resonate deeply with the energetic cycles of the body, reminding us that His design is both spiritual and physical, layered with meaning and purpose.

To see those colors thoughtfully woven into this gift blesses me beyond words. It is not just a pillow to me! This gift shows gratitude, resilience, and the beauty of our Creator shining through and everyone coming in can enjoy it.

I am deeply thankful for the thought and love poured into this gift, and even more thankful for the opportunity to serve her and her sister as they continue to walk through layers of healing and renewal.

I don’t know about anybody else (though I know we haven’t had much snow this season), but I feel like this season is lingering forever and ever! I am ready for some spring flowers and more sunshiny days. Plus, this season often brings more than just chilly weather. This month we begin our 2026 discipleship and teaching series with a hands-on workshop designed to equip families in God’s ways of healing. Together we’ll explore:

🌿 Do you know any new parents looking for a natural birth plan? 🌿

The season of birth is always exciting and life-changing. One of the most important tools for a joyful pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum journey is a well-planned support team.

📋 Training & Experience
My passion for doula care began during my first pregnancy as I discovered the beautifully intricate design of birth. Since then, I’ve welcomed three more children naturally, served as a nurse for nearly two decades, and obtained certification as a birth doula through the Midwifery Institute. I maintain my certification through continuing education and field experience. I am also a Certified Naturopathic Holistic Practitioner, Certified End-of-Life Doula, with special training in Aleph-Tav Body, Inner Healing, Herbalism, Bioenergetics, and Neurofeedback.

🤰🏻Philosophy of Birth Stories
A woman’s birth story becomes a permanent and powerful part of who she is. To honor this, I provide each client with a written account of her birth as a keepsake, capturing the smallest details that make it uniquely hers while helping her recognize the magnitude of her strength. My goal is to help women and their partners develop birth plans that inspire confidence, and to provide continuous support so that no matter how the story unfolds, it is remembered with courage and grace.

📆 Availability for 2026
I take no more than two doula clients per month to ensure each family receives the care and attention they deserve. July is currently unavailable, but other months still have openings. After our initial meeting, I’ll reserve your due date on my calendar for seven days while you decide.

As 2025 comes to a close, I am humbled and grateful to reflect on the journey of Alpha Omega Remedies of Grace. This year, I had the privilege of walking alongside families and individuals in 926 appointments, a beautiful increase from 470 appointments in 2024.

This growth is more than numbers; it represents lives touched, wellness restored, and faith strengthened. Each appointment has been a reminder of God’s design for healing and the importance of nurturing body, mind, and spirit.

I want to thank every client, family, and ministry partner who entrusted me with their care. Your courage to invest in your health and spiritual renewal inspires me daily.

As we step into 2026, I look forward to continuing this mission: empowering families with WHOLEistic, faith-rooted resources for healing and discipleship.
