It’s crazy to believe that pride is actually what it is when you start to think of yourself and your own capabilities but it is. Let me explain why when you start to place your focus on yourself and start to think I I I before every sentence then what your doing is exalting yourself over God and your not letting the Holy Spirit actually work through you nor or will you be able to give the Lord glory through your work because it was done by self and not the working of the Spirit of God through your life. Moses when called by the Lord started to look at himself and what he can do and that made the Lord angry. Because what the Lord actually wanted him to do is just give him his yes and allow Him to do great things through him for the Lord’s glory.
Many times that is us, Lord I can not, I don’t have this, Lord but am incapable and we go on and on b out in the word it’s says those who KNOW their God shall do GREAT EXPLOITS! Say what now?! My knowledge of the Lord and who He is will allow me to do great things in His name for His glory, Yes 👏🏽 now move out the way… Love you just sharing what am learning excuse me now
