Amazing weekend at the OTs in Pelvic Health Summit! While I love speaking and attending every year, this one just hit different. What a great mix of new and seasoned pelvic health OTs and OT-adjacents (looking at you , , , ). I was terrible about taking pictures, but here are just a few. Thank you so much to and for continuing to host this amazing event. Feeling refreshed, empowered, and a little emotional- but in a good way… it’s a great day to save some pelvic floors!

This course will provide foundational knowledge that can be applied across populations and specialties. It’s a great jumping off point to begin incorporating these strategies into practice!
