Props for the win! Emphasizing that length through the spine, using the strap to keep lengthening out the crown of the head 👑 I love the difference props make!

Correct your Seated Forward Bend:
❌ Avoid rounding the spine and straining to reach your toes.
✅ Instead, bend from the hips, keep your spine straight, chest open, and use a strap for safe alignment.
