Faces of Inwood: meet Becky and Clint!

Becky and Clint have both lived in or outside of Inwood their whole lives. When asked what they love about town, they said, “We loved growing up in a community that is close knit surrounded by family and friends. Our core memories were formed from a wide variety of town and community events that people dedicated their time and efforts to plan and organize. From the 4th of July, summer rec activities, swimming at the pool, playing basketball at the community center, and church events we are so grateful many of these traditions continue on for our kids to have those same experiences and opportunities as they grow up.”

“We have lived in Inwood for 5 years. We decided to move to Inwood as we love the school district and wanted to be closer to family. Since moving here our family has grown to love this small town. We love the way the members of the community look out for each other, the amenities, and the 4th of July celebration is always a plus!

You’ll see us out and about walking, running, and biking and our kids hanging out with their friends in the neighborhood.”

Lisa has lived in Inwood for 24 years! When asked what she loves most, Lisa shared, “ I love Inwood because it’s more than just a town—it’s a close-knit community where people truly look out for one another. As the owners of Oak Street Station, my family and I have been blessed to experience the incredible support that this community shows to local businesses. We are so grateful for the kindness, loyalty, and encouragement we’ve received over the years. Inwood is also where my family has grown and thrived. My husband and I are raising our three kids—Ethan (20), Kendra (18), and Cody (14)—right outside of town. They’ve built lasting friendships, gone to school here, and have been shaped by the values and spirit of this community. From church on Sundays to small-town events and day-to-day interactions, Inwood is a place where we feel connected, grounded, and proud to call home.”
