Did you know it only takes 2️⃣ hours of screen time per day for us to feel the effects of digital eye strain? 💻👀
If you spend most of the day working on a computer, here are a few tips to help protect your eyes:
➡️ Follow the 20/20/20 Rule: Every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at something 20 feet away (set a timer if you have to!)
➡️ Set up a comfortable workspace and position your computer screen so it is at least 20 inches from your eyes, slightly below eye level, and angled upward
➡️ Ask your local Vision Source doctor about lenses that can help filter out blue light and prevent eye strain
