We’re proud to fund and support Zero Reasons Why Allen County in our communities. Recently, our Community Mental Health Forum brought students and adults together for honest conversations about loneliness, support, and what community really looks like. The forum was organized by students from Humboldt High School (USD 258 Humboldt Schools), Iola High School ,and Marmon Valley High School (USD 256 Marmaton Valley), and overall, the response we’ve seen from teens involved in these student-led mental health groups has been incredible. We have much to learn from them.

A huge thank you to our community panelists, Teagan Kern, Taelyn Matthews, and Sharla Miller, as well as our student panelists, for participating and sharing their experiences so openly. We’re also grateful for our partners at Rural Health Initiative and Thrive Allen County, and to our own Travis Buck for helping guide the conversation.

It’s been incredible to see our communities come together for students this prom season. 💙

While these after-prom events were organized and led by local schools, parents, and community groups, we want to take a moment to recognize the impact they’ve made. Creating safe, substance-free spaces for students takes time, energy, and heart and it matters.

We’re also proud that many of our employees support these efforts personally, volunteering their time outside of work to help make these events possible.

To our students: you deserve nights full of fun, connection, and feeling safe being exactly who you are. We’re always here cheering you on.

This is what community care looks like.

Reporting from Pleasanton, where days like today are about more than just good food, they’re about coming together. 🌮💛

As we celebrate Cinco de Mayo, we’re reminded how important it is to honor culture, support one another, and create space for connection in our communities. Whether it’s around a table, in our offices, or out in the community, we’re always here, showing up and celebrating alongside you.

You don’t have to be a clinician to help save a life. 💙

CALM (Counseling on Access to Lethal Means) is a practical training that helps create time and distance between someone at risk of su***de and the most lethal means, especially fi****ms.

CALM Conversations is designed for everyday people in our communities. This gatekeeper training brings people together to learn how to recognize risk and take simple, meaningful steps to reduce access to lethal means when someone may be struggling.

Because prevention doesn’t start in a crisis, it starts with awareness, connection, and the courage to have a conversation.

You can make a difference. 💬

There’s something about watching a group of future nurses come together to learn how to care for people beyond just physical health. 💙 Our time with the Neosho County Community College nursing students for Adult Mental Health First Aid was full of meaningful conversations, real-life skills, and a shared commitment to showing up for others when it matters most.

And we even had a furry student join the class…meet Bear! 🐾 He might have been there for the pets, but we like to think he picked up a few tips on how to support his human, too. ❤️

Our ACT team had the opportunity to attend the 2026 Summit on Housing and Homelessness in Manhattan and it was truly time well spent.

They heard powerful conversations around access to housing, community collaboration, and the real challenges people face every day in our communities. It’s a reminder that this work takes all of us together, showing up, listening, and continuing to build solutions.

The ACT Team is heading back feeling encouraged, informed, and even more committed to the work ahead.

Thank you to Catholic Charities for sponsoring tickets and making it possible for our team to be part of this important conversation. 💚
