Are you feeling down or stuck in life? I have a tip that will help. It's called grounding or earthing. Simply walk outside and find some grass or dirt. Take off your shoes and put your bare feet in the grass. The energy of the earth will help balance the energy in your body. Try it for 15 to 20 minutes and see how relaxed you feel. It's best to not be on your phone or any electronics while grounding.
