Please help us welcome Cassie May to the S&T family! She will be bringing her Pilates Strength class to the studio on Sundays in November! And you have an opportunity to preview her class this Wednesday 10/15 at 9am! 🗓️
Cassie May has a background in physical therapy, sports medicine, and Pilates. She loves bringing all of them together to help people move and feel their best. Her goal is to make fitness fun, welcoming, and something everyone can enjoy—no matter where they’re starting from. She believes in creating an environment that’s supportive, a little playful, and all about feeling good in your own body. 🤩
Pilates Strength blends mat Pilates and strength training for the ultimate full-body work out. In this class, we’ll move to fun, energizing music, while mixing classical Pilates core work with strength-based exercises that help build balance and stability. Every move can be modified or leveled up, so you can challenge yourself no matter where you’re at in your fitness journey. Expect to sweat, smile, and leave feeling stronger from the inside out! 💪🏽
