If you’re in need of some self-care time to recover, recharge and reset, our “Light Room” may just do the trick! This little sanctuary is completely private and can be all yours for 45 minutes. While in the room, you have access to 3 devices that are useful for soothing sore muscles, improving blood flow, rejuvenating your skin, detoxing your body, relaxing your nervous system, and more. You can enjoy the warmth of the HealthMate Enrich infrared sauna, the glow of the GembaRed Reboot red light therapy panel, and the massage of the Hypervibe whole body vibration plate, while reading, listening to your favorite music or podcast, or relaxing in silence. ☀️ Members, just a reminder that you have access to 1 FREE Wellness Service per month (Light Room, AromaTouch Treatment, or Essential Oil Blending Bar), and a 50% discount on additional Wellness Services! 🫶🏽 Online booking is not available for these services. ✨Member Spotlight✨ Meet Terah! Here’s what Terah has to say about S&T: “Sage & Tansy Studio is an Oasis! From the moment you walk in, the calming and inviting atmosphere immediately puts you at ease. The instructors are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly helpful, especially if you're new to their classes. I had never taken any fitness classes before and was worried I might look out of place or make mistakes. Instead, I found that the instructors are encouraging, patient, and allow you to learn and grow at your own pace. That supportive environment has made all the difference for me. Sage & Tansy offers a variety of classes, so there's something for every mood and fitness goal. Barre Fusion challenges me every time and I love how Molly teaches the class. Strength Training makes me feel so strong! l've noticed benefits not just in my body, but in my mindset as well. Through these classes, l've learned how important self-care is, both mentally and physically.
