🎉 Today marks 1 year of Mitten Chiropractic 🎉

We have been graciously welcomed by our patients, other business owners, city officials, networking groups, neighbors, and many more. From the bottom our of hearts we would like to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who has been apart of this journey.

It has been such a blessing to help so many individuals and families on their journey to better health and to witness firsthand the incredible miracles of the body healing itself naturally and holistically.

Outside of the office, we’ve also had the honor of giving back. Donating and sponsoring local organizations that make a difference in our community.

“I came to Dr. Nguyen with bad headaches. I was tired all the time and digestive issues. I had labs done and the Dr. office, but everything was in range that they didn’t address my issues. Dr. Nguyen took the time to listen to all my concerns, looked at my lab work. She took x-rays of my spine.

As kids head back to class, let’s make sure they’re protecting their growing spines! The way a backpack is worn makes a big difference.

Tips for proper backpack use:

• Use both shoulder straps (no one-strap slinging!)
• Keep the backpack close to the body
• Make sure the bottom sits no lower than the waist
• Pack heavier items closer to the back
• The backpack should be no more than 10–15% of your child’s body weight

A few simple adjustments can help prevent back and shoulder pain throughout the school year.
