Optalis Healthcare Acquires 7 SKLD locations in Michigan, effective July 1, 2025
As a rapidly growing leader in post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care, we are proud to announce the acquisition of seven SKLD locations in Michigan. This strategic expansion strengthens the company’s presence in the Midwest and reflects its continued commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a comfortable environment for every patient, every day.
The locations include:
• Optalis Health and Rehabilitation at Kent-Crossing (formerly SKLD Beltline)
• Optalis Health and Rehabilitation at Leonard
• Optalis Health and Rehabilitation of Ionia
• Optalis Health and Rehabilitation of Bloomfield Hills
• Optalis Health and Rehabilitation of Wyoming
• Optalis Health and Rehabilitation of Muskegon
• Optalis Health and Rehabilitation of Whitehall
