From Carrie:
I joined Summit Personal Training’s gym a year ago with personal health goals to lose weight and decrease blood pressure. After a few months working out on my own, I asked Joe Cantwell and Donté Richardson to help me reach my goals through personal training. They listened to my concerns and health limitations, always encouraging me to try hard things. Joe remembers exactly where I’m at for weight in every exercise and encourages me to push just a little bit harder each week to reach my maximum abilities. Although Joe has been my main personal trainer, I wouldn’t be where I’m at physically without Donté helping me to develop a good warm up and stretching / mobility routine to complement my other workouts.

In the year since starting at Summit Personal Training, I’ve lost over 50 pounds and I also obtained permission from my doctor to begin decreasing my blood pressure medications. I’m stronger than I remember ever being, thanks to Joe and Donté. Also, thanks to God for creating my body and instilling in me the motivation to try hard things and desire to constantly better myself.

If you are looking for a gym or personal trainer, I highly recommend Summit Personal Training. Don’t wait to start. Just start today where you are now. Try all the hard things. Push yourself today to do just a little bit more than yesterday. You can do it.
