The Fetal Heartbeat Ban bill that would ban nearly all abortions after six weeks is now an amendment to Senate File 359 (an act prohibiting and penalizing the sale of fetal tissue). SF 359 has advanced, and will be debated in the full House Human Resources Committee today, March 15th.
