Thank you to all who attended our hiring events over the last couple weeks! If you were unable to attend and would like to learn more about opportunities and working at University of Iowa Health Care, we would love to connect with you!

Simply complete the form on the bottom of the linked page below, and someone from our Nursing Recruitment team will be in touch!

We're always looking for committed and dedicated nurses in all fields. Right now, our need is especially great for perioperative (OR), neuroscience, pediatric, and med/surg nurses.

In the operating room, Jill Droste kept facing the same problem: cleaning up fluids and debris from the base of surgical beds after every case.

So she created the Droste Drape—a snug, absorbent cover that fits around the base of the bed to simplify cleanup and protect the equipment.

With help from the Iowa Nurse Innovators Program, Jill turned her idea into a real prototype—and it’s already getting attention from fellow providers.

Have an idea that could make care better? We can help.
