Building Community, Creating Impact

This morning, Iowa City Hospice and Visiting Nurse Association CEO Sara Krieger had the honor of speaking at the University of Iowa Center for Advancement (UICA) United Way of Johnson & Washington Counties Kick-Off Breakfast.

Sara shared how United Way’s support transforms lives by funding local nonprofits, fostering collaboration, and bringing community leaders together to make a real difference.

We are deeply grateful to UICA and United Way for championing this work. Your commitment ensures that every member of our community can access quality, compassionate home-based healthcare from birth through end of life.

Together, we’re not just meeting healthcare needs, we’re building a stronger, more caring community.

We had a great time kicking off the University of Iowa Center for Advancement United Way Campaign! When we work together, we can do great things for our community!
