The University of Iowa: University Counseling Service We are the primary mental health agency for students on The University of Iowa campus. Welcome to the University Counseling Service (UCS).

We are a professional staff of twelve doctoral-level psychologists, a case manager, and three psychology interns and provide short-term individual, group, and couples counseling to students. We also provide consultation, psychoeducational programs, and training. The University Counseling Service (UCS) is located in 3223 Westlawn on Newton Road west of the Iowa River (see MAP). Come in the entrance just south of the Student Health Service entrance. Please call for further information or to schedule an initial appointment. Follow us on Twitter

Fresh Check Day (FCD) is a Jordan Porco Foundation initiative hosted by college campuses across the country. FCD is an interactive event focused on mental health promotion and su***de prevention. 💛🖤
