If you live too far away to visit the Coralville office, Lisa can still help you. To get started, you’ll complete a health assessment so we can better understand your challenges and your goals. T

Cool Pitta with this delish salad 👇🏽

Ingredients:
2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 avocado, diced
1 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
1/4 cup fennel, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Directions:
Thinly slice the cucumbers and fennel, dice the avocado, and shred the carrots. In a large bowl, combine the cucumber slices, avocado, shredded carrots, fennel, chopped mint, and cilantro. Drizzle the olive oil and lime juice over the salad. Toss gently to combine. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well. For an extra refreshing touch, chill the salad in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before serving.
