This Thursday night, join me under the stars at for a special 90-minute New Moon Yoga class! We'll sink into a slow, grounding, intention-filled flow surrounded by the hum of summer and the quiet magic of the unseen moon. 🌑✨

We’ll begin with journaling and breathwork, move through lunar salutations and nourishing postures, and end in deep rest… followed by 🍕 wood-fired pizza and a hard cider tasting. (Yes, please!)

Yesterday I taught my last Thursday Noon class! 😭 Such a bittersweet moment for me, as I transition into a new full time job (moving from the university to UNICEF!). I have absolutely LOVED this time slot and taking on a more hatha-based class. Thank you, yogis, for your strength, courage, and presence at this class - I have witnessed such amazing physical and mental growth from you all! 💪🏼❤️😍
Wild coincidence: this was my 365th class taught at 🤯🤯 That's about a 4.5 per week average for the last 20 months! I'm totally floored at that number. What an amazing ride!
will be taking over - she's INCREDIBLE and I can't wait to pop in and be a student from time to time! 🤩 You still can find me teaching my four other classes and subbing all over the place!

Man o man, it's time to catch up on my challenge! For #4-7, I had amazing classes with Morgan's 4pm Hothouse, Stacey's noon Vinyasa, Kendra's 8:10 Vinyasa, and Constie's 10:30 Pilates! I cannot express how much a love these women and the entire staff. 🥹🥰 I may be a **little bit** behind to stay on track for all 30 teachers by the end of the year, but I'm determined! 💪🏼💪🏼 Thank you, ladies, for your passion you bring to your classes and the inspiration you give me just by being YOU!!

Included in your $15 admission is a can of Climbing Kites sparkling water and an hour-long yoga practice hosted by Emily Rose Cooper on the Big Grove lawn.

The very first class I ever taught (2018) was Hot 26 & 2. There is an IMMENSE amount of value to this practice. As a teacher, I see students transform their bodies and minds like no other sequence. Give yourself the gift of slowing down and tapping into your power in a whole new way!

I'm excited and honored to be leading one of Stretch for Survivors events at North Liberty in partnership with DVIP and RVAP 🤍 We'll move, sweat, and breathe together with a flow designed to help you feel supported, powerful, and joyful in your body - April 6th at 1:30pm.
DVIP & RVAP supports victim-surviviors of sexual violence - a mission close to my heart. Every 68 seconds, someone in this country is sexually assaulted and these agencies are vital for providing resources and healing.
