A few things in my mind today...

- I haven't posted on this account or gone to a yoga class (until recently) since JULY. This maybe gives you some insight on where my mind and life has been, lately, which culminated into a just a tiiiiiiiiiny metal breakdown yesterday. 🫠

- From the DOZENS of messages I received yesterday after posting on my story, one thing is so clear to me: we are struggling, but we are not alone. 🧡

- I feel incredibly lucky to have the community and support system I have, which I recognize not all of us have. I'm taking extra time to really receive the love you all have shown and give that love back to the world in any way I can.

- A huge special thanks to () who practices constant empathy and sincere understanding. and for stepping in to teach for me last night while I got my s**t together.

- I started my day today with a gratitude meditation, a BEAUTIFUL, grounding class with (who held space so perfectly for everyone in the room; exactly what I needed), surprise flowers from (I simply adore you, friend) and a quiet sunrise 🌅.

Deep breaths friends. One foot in front of the other. Sometimes we enter personal seasons of sacrifice in order to learn lessons and gain wisdom for the future. Slowly, but surely, we've got this. 💫 Let's take care of each other.

WOWZA, yogis! I've been busy behind the scenes starting a new full time job and working on a complete redesign of my brand/website (hopefully launching by the time the fall schedule officially starts)! 🥰 It feels good to be back posting!

This Thursday night, join me under the stars at for a special 90-minute New Moon Yoga class! We'll sink into a slow, grounding, intention-filled flow surrounded by the hum of summer and the quiet magic of the unseen moon. 🌑✨

We’ll begin with journaling and breathwork, move through lunar salutations and nourishing postures, and end in deep rest… followed by 🍕 wood-fired pizza and a hard cider tasting. (Yes, please!)

Yesterday I taught my last Thursday Noon class! 😭 Such a bittersweet moment for me, as I transition into a new full time job (moving from the university to UNICEF!). I have absolutely LOVED this time slot and taking on a more hatha-based class. Thank you, yogis, for your strength, courage, and presence at this class - I have witnessed such amazing physical and mental growth from you all! 💪🏼❤️😍
Wild coincidence: this was my 365th class taught at 🤯🤯 That's about a 4.5 per week average for the last 20 months! I'm totally floored at that number. What an amazing ride!
will be taking over - she's INCREDIBLE and I can't wait to pop in and be a student from time to time! 🤩 You still can find me teaching my four other classes and subbing all over the place!

Man o man, it's time to catch up on my challenge! For #4-7, I had amazing classes with Morgan's 4pm Hothouse, Stacey's noon Vinyasa, Kendra's 8:10 Vinyasa, and Constie's 10:30 Pilates! I cannot express how much a love these women and the entire staff. 🥹🥰 I may be a **little bit** behind to stay on track for all 30 teachers by the end of the year, but I'm determined! 💪🏼💪🏼 Thank you, ladies, for your passion you bring to your classes and the inspiration you give me just by being YOU!!
