Some “bunny” very special hopped into StoryPoint Hickory Hill today! 🐰🌷

We had the sweetest springtime visitors stop by for Easter — a fluffy bunny, a little lamb, a duckling, and a tiny chick. Our residents, staff and friends were all smiles getting to cuddle these adorable guests.

It was a hoppy, heartwarming visit that really had us feeling the joy of spring! 🐣💛

A special thank you to Michelle for spending time with our residents and helping them learn about Passover and the traditions that come with this meaningful Jewish holiday.

Passover began the evening of April 1 and continues through April 9 this year, commemorating the Israelites’ journey to freedom from slavery in Egypt. 

We loved learning about traditions like the Seder meal, matzo, and the Afikomen hunt. Thank you, Michelle, for sharing your knowledge with us!

Today we took a trip to the University of Iowa Athletic Hall of Fame Museum, where residents enjoyed looking back at all the incredible Hawkeye athletes and sports history. So many great memories and stories were shared along the way! Go Hawks! 🐤🏀
