Join Jen for a free community yoga class with the theme "Counterposes for Daily Life." She'll guide you through a yoga practice that balances out the patterns our bodies and minds fall into throughout the day. Been on your feet all day? Let's turn it around with legs up the wall. Hunched over a computer or steering wheel for hours? We'll open shoulders and chest with gentle backbends. Mind racing while taking care of others' needs nonstop? We'll practice mindful breathing and meditation to create space between you and your thoughts.
No yoga experience needed—come exactly as you are for this all-levels practice.
