“When you find yourself in troubled times,
and it feels like no light shines
from you or anyone, we say,
break out and do something different in your way.
Refocus the mind, even if for a short time.
For often, we say, when one is
sinking into the human ways
it becomes the “rabbit hole” in time.
Bringing you to a darker mind.
Making things even worse too.
So, know that you are all powerful, we say,
even if you don’t feel it today.
Start by taking one thing too.
Pull yourself out of the abyss for you.
And do a new thing,
or just get up and out the door today.
Then do more of this too,
changing up the energy in you.
For oftentimes, humans find
they are their “worst enemy”
when they let the mind work overtime.
So, when you feel this coming on,
lean in and feel it too.
Let the emotion go
and not stuff it down in you.
But also keep moving on,
pulling from the Soul -
the strength of you all day long.
Let it surface and lighten your way,
and lead you to a brand-new day.”

“Take the light from deep inside
and make up your mind to let it shine,
despite what seems you could never do
when others think you’re not good enough too.
Or that you can’t find your way
because you aren’t of their kind, they say.
Toss that aside and let it go.
Runaway to the light of your own Soul.
Retreat within to the heart of you.
The spark of the Creator is deep inside,
there for you to find, again, in time.
Regardless of what others make you feel,
break loose and look them in the eye.
Know that you can be more
and do not shrink from them in time.
Only a lesson they are for you, we say,
to confront what keeps you, from you, always.
A stronger version of yourself you will be
now that you look the other way.
Running toward all that is true,
the deepest of your Soul
where all answers lie too.
Here you find now you can be
all you ever wished, oh yes, you will see.”

Let the winds and the tides of time
flow through you to dance with
and create yourself anew.
The times are changing,
but then again - so are you.
You wonder how to turn yourself around.
Where are you going and how?
It is you - the one inside -
and if you listen, you will find,
as the waters swirl around you in time
and the winds at your back drive you along.
Let them take you to journey far.
Breeze on your face, it pulls you along.
The waters run and never end,
asking for you to flow with them.
Rather than effort yourself
into answers that aren’t your own,
give in and know that with time, you go.
Take yourself there and step aside.
For all will be well as you look inside,
flowing with what is brought to you in time.”

of wondering what is going on in you today,
look around and then you’ll see
often what you have let be
a space of energetic, frenetic pace,
or often too, energies that no longer vibe with you.
Or sometimes it is natural too,
the Earth is changing, and with it, so are you.
The times now are at a pace
and along you come with the rest of the human race.
So, expect something different nearly every day
as to how you feel and then more change.
But know it is for goodness sake
for you and the entirety of the worldwide too.
Your participation matters, oh yes, we say.
Just understand this is why you may feel this way
and that with the shift and change
will come the elevation of humankind one day.”

Ignite it will do in your Soul,

Take this time, for you in store.
Breaking free to try something new -
this, the thing, you've always wanted to do.

from thinking you could never do this in your day.

open up to your greater of Soul.
The one that leads you to all glory in time,

“Oh, the joy of life when all is good and well.
The bitterness not tasted and instead
only the sweetness of the flower of life.
Expected it is that all of life’s journey will be this way.
Overflowing with laughter and love
and all the rightness in one’s world that could ever be.
Yet then, south turns to north and the winds swirl you away,
your direction is lost, and nothing is there to see
of what you once felt of the times of your life.
It is then often when gratefulness ceases in one’s way.
Often found is only a disturbed view of this journey of yours.
What then of gratitude?
Might instead one find that within the fullness of life,
it is not just the moments of bliss that count,
but also, the ones that come your way
of breaking you down into pieces
that you did not know you have.
Crumbled into dust.
Broken, lying in your own way.
What to make of what is to come?
And then with new eyes, in this time of great light,
you take upon you to see that in the breaking down
comes the seed of new birth in your way.
Struggling to come to terms with your plight,
growing out of the experience over time,
to one day see how the new day of dawn,
the joys that come again,
were there all along, growing out
of the darkness of those times.
Now, it begins, life-long looking back,

But it is this time, oh we find,
that those whose voices have been left behind
are now the ones who lead the way
of this great shift in humanity today.

My incredible journey into this field of work began very unexpectedly.
On February 28, 2015, I met a wonderful man. Blessed with “renaissance man” qualities, a blazing sense of humor, and a heart of great kindness, Kent would enter my life for what seemed like a moment in the course of my lifetime.
Within two months of our meeting, he was diagnosed with glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) brain cancer. A most deadly cancer with no cure.
Ten months later he would pass away – three days shy of a year since we’d met.
It was with this journey, Kent’s passing and the feeling of him still being “ever-present” in my life, that a series of incredible events began to unfold. It was as though I was being guided down a “yellow brick road” of adventures with a new path for me to explore.
Very quickly, I realized that I was going through the process of spiritual awakening and began opening up to numerous intuitive abilities, including the gifts of healing and channeling, using a powerful unique distance energy healing modality.
I also began to understand that offering these gifts to others is part of my life purpose. Creating Purple Rain Healing allows me to share my gifts with others.
