Looking for yoga teachers for evenings or weekends. The studio holds up to 18 and is available for workshops and teacher training. Two therapy rooms are also available for rent.

Starting in October we will be offering Anusara Yoga Monday and Wednesday mornings from 9:30 to 11:00 am
Anyone interested in a beginner's workshop this weekend? If I have enough people I will teach the foundation of the poses with correct alignment so you can feel at ease to join any regular yoga class with confidence.
