Simple Daily Nutrition Habits to Support Detox, Energy & Hormone Balance

A Natural Wellness Guide

Our bodies are designed to detoxify, repair, and rebalance every day. However, stress, poor diet, lack of sleep, and environmental toxins can overwhelm these systems. Supporting the body with nutrient-dense foods and simple habits can help improve energy, digestion, and overall wellness.

1. Support Healthy Fluid Balance
When the body holds onto excess fluid, you may notice puffiness in the face, under the eyes, or around the jawline. Proper hydration and natural diuretic foods can support healthy fluid balance.

• Morning hydration smoothie idea:
• Fresh celery
• Cucumber
• Lemon
• Water or coconut water

2. Boost Immune Function & Mental Clarity
• Daily immune-support smoothie:
• Blueberries
• Chia seeds
• Almond or coconut milk
• Optional: spinach or protein powder

3. Support Healthy Circulation
Try drinking warm water with fresh ginger on an empty stomach. Ginger may support circulation, digestion, and inflammation balance.

4. Promote Digestive Health
• Evening digestive drink idea:
• Pineapple
• Fresh mint
• Water or coconut water

5. Support Cellular Energy
A simple midday snack such as apple slices (with optional almond butter) provides fiber and natural carbohydrates that support energy and brain function.

6. Support Hormonal Balance
• Hormone-support meal example:
• Avocado
• Spinach
• Olive oil
• Lean protein

Simple Wellness Routine
• Try incorporating the following daily habits:
• Hydrating morning drinks
• Antioxidant-rich fruits
• Healthy fats and leafy greens
• Digestive-support foods in the evening
• Consistent sleep and regular movement

True wellness does not come from quick fixes. It comes from consistent nourishment, hydration, movement, and rest. Your body has an incredible ability to heal when given the right support.

For personalized guidance on nutrition, hormone balance, gut health, or metabolic optimization, please consult your healthcare provider, this is not medical advice only providing education and resources.

Good morning Washington Clinic family,

After evaluating the current road conditions, we have decided to close Washington Clinic for today. The safety of our team and clients is our top priority.

We plan to reopen tomorrow once conditions improve.

Please stay safe and warm.

Hello Clients,

Over the last 72 hours, there have been various headlines regarding the FDA’s statements pertaining to GLP-1s, API, and mass marketing of compounded medications. Pharmacy’s I order from reported that they actively collaborating with legislators, legal counsel, other leading pharmacies, and government agencies to ensure the narrative is based on facts, not fear.

We see this situation as just yet one more battle as part of the broader pursuit of patient access and provider discretion. And they all are ready to do their part to ensure YOU win. We trust that the FDA, in its final analysis, will recognize the catastrophic impact on patient access if they were to restrict compliant, licensed pharmacies who follow the rules.

The goal is to continue to advocate, to innovate, and to serve the YOU who rely on us when their needs aren’t met by what’s commercially available.

Never forget, it’s because of compounding that I have options outside of what’s just off of the shelf. There’s a reason the practice of medicine and the regulation of drugs are separate. Ultimately, what we’re fighting for is a future where compounding and large manufacturing can coexist to ensure every patient has the medication that works for them, based on their provider’s discretion.

I will keep moving forward with you. This is just another opportunity for us to prove to ourselves and to the world that we can defy the odds.

Care is more than tasks, it’s connection 💚

Sharing time together, laughing, and simply being present are just as important as the care itself.

This is what home care should look like.

The flu is getting nasty right now, with many referring to it as a "super flu" outbreak. It is causing serious illness right now across the country, and this map can help you get an idea of the activity level in each state.

This is definitely something to take seriously, especially if you or a loved one is at high risk, such as children, elderly, and those with compromised immune symptoms.

You can buy inexpensive test kits at your local pharmacy, Walmart, and other stores to test, or you can visit your healthcare provider or local urgent care.

Symptoms can be quite strong with this flu, including severe body aches, persistent fevers (101-103 F+), sore throat, cough, congestion, runny nose, sneezing, headache, muffled hearing sensation, GI upset (nausea, vomiting, cramps, diarrhea), and more.

Make sure you drink plenty of fluids (electrolyte drinks, soups, water, iv hydration, salt therapy). Pain relievers/fever reducers such as Tylenol or Ibuprofen may provide some relief (consult with your healthcare provider).

NOTE: Avoid aspirin or Pepto-Bismol when you have the flu or other viral illness, especially in children or teens due to the risk of developing Reye's Syndrome.

Also, antivirals such as Tamiflu must generally be started within 48 hours of symptoms for them to work fully, which is important to know if you are at high risk.

Please be safe!!

Perimenopause is wild 😅
Some days are rough, some days are better—but I’m grateful I can manage my own HRT and actually listen to my body.

I’m doing better than I was a month ago, and I’ll take that win.
One month at a time… now if I could just go back to sleep 💤

To every woman navigating this season—you’re not alone.
Let’s support each other 💛 Share what’s helped you, what hasn’t, or just vent. We’re in this together.

What symptoms have you dealt with—or what’s finally improving for you?
Let’s support each other. We’re not crazy, we’re hormonal.
