I am super excited for the Iowa City Metaphysical Expo tomorrow!

I'm out of commission for a bit healing and resting. Bad weekend for my system. Not sure how long this will take, but looking forward to the other side of it when I feel better.

Probiotics disagreed with me I think. Hospital labeled it as a GI virus.

I just know that I have very low energy and thank God for medications to help me through it.

Thankful for my hubby David for taking me to ER last night and taking care of me at home.

If you have difficulty with seasonal affective disorder, please realize that right about now is when our chemistry starts changing.

I encourage you to discuss with your healthcare professionals about medication dosages, vitamin D, therapy lights, and any other treatment options available to you.

A lot of times we allow changes to happen and grit our teeth through it until it feels almost unbearable.

Please be proactive and start journaling now so you can recognize where you are.
