The winter months can be harsh on the skin at any age. Strong winds and cold air can lead to dry, irritated skin that can be painful and uncomfortable. Here are a few tips to keep your skin healthy during winter! ❄️

1. Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize!
2. Avoid scented lotions or soaps
3. Wash your skin gently with warm water (not hot!)
4. Stay hydrated with lots of water
5. Always wear sunscreen - even in the winter!
6. Use a humidifier to add moisture to the air

Now that fall is here, colds and influenza are on the rise! 🤧 Here are a few key tips to help prevent getting sick as we get closer to flu season:

🌡- Avoid close contact with others who are sick
🌡- Wash your hands frequently or use sanitizer
🌡- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth

If you do get sick, it's important to stay home and cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough in order to prevent it from spreading.
