This is important because how can someone help you if they don't take the time to get to know you and understand your problem? This initial consultation is done before any services are rendered to you, and it is always free of charge. Not everyone who comes to the office can be helped as a chiropractic patient. That might be different from what you are used to hearing in doctor's offices, but in my opinion, I think it is the right way to operate. If you don't want to be there, or I don't think I can help you, why would I try to keep you in the office?
