Getting ready for spring, we painted some rocks to add to our garden areas! Welcoming April showers to bring us lots of May flowers! 🌦💐🌻🌷🪻⚘️🌧

A little April Fools Fun!

Wet Tshirt Contest, residents threw wet tshirts at our homemade bullseye to see who had the best aim! 🎯

Twist Your Body Like 🥨- Yoga (many guesses that we were playing twister!) But that does give me and Idea for next year! 🤪

Reverse Bingo- Residents were given 6 bingo balls each to call, so staff could play! The staff enjoyed it but the residemts didn't find us messing with the serious business of bingo very entertaining!

Finger Painting- Manicures

Fact or Foolery- shout out to Activity Connection for this one!

Some staff tried to pull a fast one on Kevin, "Hurry there is water running everywhere in the public bathroom!"

Final count on Hearts and Shamrocks Across America, 26 of 50 states, and 1 other country! Special shoutout to our friends in Australia that sent us a card! It was really fun to read local tidbits and information from those who sent it. We will leave them up for 1 more week, please stop by and check out our display in the Day Room.

We feel so lucky to have all of the wonderful residents and staff that we do at Briarwood, so of course we had to throw a party (complete with shamrock-shaped cookies) to celebrate!☘️😋

A group of residents braved this blustery day to attend our first outing of the year at Longhorn Steakhouse. The food was amazing. Their staff was so helpful and accomodating. Great conversations were flowing and we had a great time! Thank you to the family members that joined us.
