Wood Vision Clinic is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Optometry and Optical Assistant to join our dedicated team. Help us deliver exceptional service and eye care solutions in a friendly and professional environment. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that combines medical and retail aspects.
Duties:
*Provide personalized optical solutions and consultations to patients.
*Fit, adjust, and repair eyeglasses.
*Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that fit their lifestyle and visual needs.
*Perform pre-testing with patients and assist our Optometrists.
Requirements:
*Excellent customer service skills.
*Relevant experience in the optical field is a bonus, but not required.
*Sales experience is preferred, but not required.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
*Attention to detail and commitment to quality care.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
*Passion for fashion and trends in eyewear.

Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
