Don’t take that on
A vibrational essence of Bleeding Heart flowers, Black Tourmaline and a circle of fallen Dogwood flowers.
This is for people who have had their boundaries repeatedly destroyed, who actually cannot protect their hearts from the world, who feel personally responsible for everything bad that ever happens and feel exhausted all the time.
This essence is for the codependents, give til you’re resentful, burn out by just feeling.
Don’t take that on. Because you actually can’t and that’s why you’re so tired.
When you let what isn’t yours to flow out and away, you can firmly grasp and rise up to your work in the world. We can’t bring down the system if we emotionally bleed out.
