Oh how I love the sun. For me, it’s strength, renewal, and divine fire. On my travels, Goddess Sekhmet showed up as a red Jeep with the reminder that it is safe to put myself first. In her light, I am reminded that joy, strength, and love are always mine to carry.

The Peaceful Pause Wellness Retreat for Women of Color is evolving in the most beautiful way!!! After an unexpected shift in plans, we’re now gathering in Vieques, a serene island off the coast of Puerto Rico. This means 2 MORE SPOTS HAVE OPENED!!!

Treehouses, cabins, crystal blue water, and pure magic. This year we have even more space to rest, reflect, and reconnect in nature.

Today, I interacted with a horse for the very first time 🐎✨ at the Freedom Farms Festival fundraiser

Annubis was calm, gentle, and felt like an old friend. This will not be my last horse connection. They are such powerful spirit beings.

Grateful to my beautiful Lowcountry sister .infinite and the Uhuru Farms family. I felt right at home. Land, healing, ancestors 🤎
