What a night to remember! We are so grateful to everyone who joined us for A Franke Affair, an evening filled with joy, live music, and a truly unforgettable menu crafted by Chef Steve Klatt and the talented Franke Culinary Team- all in support of a meaningful cause.

Held at the beautiful Alhambra hall, this special event brought our community together to benefit the Lowcounty Benevolent Care Ministries, including Franke at Seaside, Lutheran Hospice, and BeWell Home Services

A very special thank you to Bruce White, Senior Director of Independent Living at Franke, for sharing his secret (now not-so-secret) talents as an auctioneer and resident comedian.

Thanks to your generosity, we are able to continue providing compassionate care to those who need it most.

Over the past year, the Lutheran Homes of South Carolina Foundation has been privileged to provide more than $2 million in support to the ministries of Lutheran Homes. This generous funding, made possible by the kindness of our current and past donors, has strengthened a variety of vital programs, including resident subsidized care services, employee scholarships, capital improvement projects, employee emergency support, and hospice care for those in need.

In recent weeks, we’ve enjoyed fellowship with members of the Innkeepers Society of the Foundation. The Innkeepers draws its inspiration from the parable in Luke 10, where the Good Samaritan stops to aid a man who had been left for dead by others. He took the man to an inn, paying for his care until he recovered. Similarly, the members of our Innkeepers Society provide the key to the inn, offering crucial support to help heal and care for those served by the ministries of Lutheran Homes of South Carolina.

What a fantastic night! 🎉 Franke residents, friends, and family gathered together last evening at our sold out event to raise a glass and indulge in delicious food at the 8th Annual Sip, Savor, and Support, benefitting the Lutheran Homes of South Carolina Foundation. 🍷🍽️

Our Active Lifestyle Residents wrapped travel kits for the International Seafarers Ministry in Charleston, SC. They have raised over $1000 for the local non profit proving ministry to those who pass through our local ports.

A week ago we celebrated the 6th Annual Sip. Savor. Support. wine and food pairing dinner at Franke at Seaside. This Fundraiser dinner supports the Resident Care fund at Franke at Seaside. Executive Chef Ted Jackson and the Franke Culinary team knocked it out of the park with the ex*****on of the 6 different courses.

It wouldn't be possible without the partnership from Leon Edwards with Republic National Distributing Company, Mandi Silver with Vintage Wine Estates, Franke Staff who volunteered their time to serve, and the Culinary Team at Franke at Seaside. It takes all working as a team to pull something like this off.
