Physician Spotlight | Dr. Frederic Smith received his undergraduate degree from The Citadel and medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine.

While primarily a board-certified internal medicine physician, Dr. Smith is also a flight surgeon with the 169 Fighter Wing in Eastover, SC.

Physician Spotlight | Meet Dr. Surb Guram, the co-founder of our practice and the father of Dr. Mandev Guram.

Dr. Surb Guram received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. He serves as an assistant clinical professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine.

Board-certified in internal medicine, Dr. Surb Guram has a special interest in diagnostic and preventive medicine, cardiovascular health maintenance, diabetes management, treatment of lipid disorders, and nutrition.
