A resounding thank you to our incredible first responders for their unwavering commitment and bravery in serving our community. We sincerely appreciate all that you do! We are honored to attend the Annual First Responders Breakfast at Life Care Center of Columbia SC, which hosted a fantastic occasion dedicated to recognizing the courageous men and women who protect and support this community! There was laughter, excellent food, and celebration!

This week, we take a moment to honor Nurse Practitioner Jennifer Henderson Britt, whose dedication and compassion have profoundly impacted the lives she touches! Jennifer's journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in biology and chemistry, graduating from the Medical University of South Carolina's nursing program. As a board-certified American Nurses Credentialing Center practitioner, she embodies the spirit of care and commitment!

Jennifer's professional path started at SC Internal Medicine, where she has flourished as a family nurse practitioner since earning her Master’s degree in Nursing. Her heartfelt dedication to caring for our elders at Lighthouse Hospice shines through in every patient interaction, as she brings warmth and understanding to those who need it most. ✨

Jennifer finds joy and fulfillment in her role as a mother and coach to her two children, Logan and Jax. Together with her husband, the love of her life, Justin, whom she married in 2013, they share a love of family activities, including camping and cheering for the Georgia Bulldogs.

We are truly grateful for Jennifer’s spirit, expertise, and the light she brings to our team and community!
