🏆💙 Celebrating Compassion in Action: Jane Wall Named TeamMate of the Year! 💙🏆

We are proud to celebrate Jane Wall, Director of Social Services at Rice Estate, for being named Lutheran Homes of South Carolina’s Five to Thrive TeamMate of the Year! 🎉

Jane truly exemplifies what it means to be a social worker. Every day she demonstrates sympathy, empathy, compassion, and unwavering advocacy for the Priorities she serves. She shows up early, stays late, and goes above and beyond to ensure each person in her care feels supported.

When residents walk into Jane’s office, they leave knowing they’ve been heard. She listens with patience, meets people with understanding, and gives them the space to share their concerns—no matter how small they may seem to the rest of us. Jane has a remarkable gift: she makes people feel valued, respected, and understood. Simply put, it is in Jane’s DNA to help others. If anyone is leading the charge in compassion at Rice Estate, it’s Jane.

We are incredibly grateful for the heart, dedication, and care she brings to our community every single day.
Please join us in congratulating Jane on this well-deserved recognition! 💙👏

New research is proving just how important it is to have a team of dementia caregivers. 🧠🤝💙
