Hot take — stretching isn’t always the answer.
I know, I know… everyone says “just stretch it out!”
But sometimes tight muscles aren’t tight because they need stretching…
They’re tight because they’re OVERWORKING to protect something else.
👉 Example: Tight hamstrings could actually be coming from your low back or pelvis being off.
So what do you do instead?
✔️ Get to the root cause
✔️ Improve alignment (see your chiropractor 😉)
✔️ Support proper movement
Stretching can still be helpful—but only when it’s the right solution.
If you feel like you’re constantly stretching the same area with no relief… your body might be trying to tell you something 🤔
