Movement Monday!
Today’s move: Chest Opener Stretch- the perfect stretch if you’ve been hunched over your phone or computer all day! 📱💻
Here's how to do it:
1️⃣ Stand tall and roll your shoulders back
2️⃣ Clasp your hands behind your back (or grab a towel if that’s more comfortable)
3️⃣ Gently straighten your arms and lift your chest toward the ceiling
4️⃣ Keep your chin level and hold for 20–30 seconds, breathing deeply
This stretch helps open up tight chest muscles, improve posture, and give your spine some well-deserved relief!
