Studio Dara is a yoga, wellness, and fitness studio with certified trainers and instructors. We offer a wide range of yoga, Bootcamp, and High Intensity Interval Training classes. A certified personal trainer and health coach is on staff for private sessions and meal plan development to help you change your habits and increase overall health success. We also offer a wide range of wellness services including meditation and reiki therapy through the studio owner who is also a reiki certified practitioner.
