Tony Gale Roach, 67, of Waterloo, OH passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at Sanctuary of the Ohio Valley in Ironton, OH. He was born December 29, 1957, in Ironton, OH to his late parents; William Ervin Roach and Juanita Straight Roach.

Tony was a 1975 graduate of Symmes Valley High School and went on to spend 20 years in the United States Army and served his county both at home and overseas before retiring to spend more time with family. He was a devoted and dearly loved father, as well as a friend to many, and he was always there to help anyone who asked.

He is survived by his daughter, Twyla Roach, dear friend, Nikki Roach, his brother, Larry Roach, as well as 2 nieces, Eden Roach and Ivy Roach.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at Phillips Funeral Home,1004 South 7th Street Ironton, Ohio with Brother David Renfroe officiating. Burial will follow in Flag Springs Cemetery in Patriot, Ohio. Visitation will be Wednesday from 12:00 P.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home.

Jimmie Lee Vallance, II, 56, of Russell, KY passed away Friday, September 19, 2025 at King's Daughters Medical Center, surrounded by his family. He was born April 7, 1969 in Ironton, OH to his late father; Jimmie Lee Vallance and his mother; Linda Gail Harper Vallance. He is survived by his loving wife; Tammy Sergent Vallance.

Jimmie was a graduate of Rock Hill High School, class of 1987 and was of the Baptist faith. He retired as a truck driver at BWC Trucking then went on to be a self-employed truck driver. He was a former assistant manager at Carter Lumber and a City of Ironton employee. He loved riding his motorcycle and fishing. Jimmie enjoyed cooking and watching the Cincinnati Reds. He loved spending time with his family and especially his grandson; Grayson.

In addition to his wife; Tammy and his mother; Linda, he is survived by his children; James Cameron Vallance (Jenna Rawlins) of Ironton, OH and Sierra Rose Vallance of Ironton, OH and his grandson; Grayson and many cousins.

Funeral service will be 12:00 p.m. Thursday, September 25, 2025 at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 S. 7th St. Ironton, OH with Pastor Homer Campbell officiating. Burial will follow in Sugar Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
