Due to a water outage at our FMC Ironton Campus location, we will be closing for the remainder of the day to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

Our staff will be reaching out directly if your appointment is affected. If you have an appointment scheduled for later today and do not hear from us, please contact our office.

At this time, we expect services to be fully restored and operations to resume as normal tomorrow. If anything changes, we will provide updates as soon as possible.

Even though our Proctorville FMC location is temporarily closed, our providers are still here to make sure you receive the care you need!

During this time, our Proctorville providers will be seeing patients at our Chesapeake location alongside our amazing Chesapeake team (whose hours will remain the same)
