May we weave threads of curious practice to know home within ourselves. Amy Jane Nosal Home Body Yoga L.L.C. is the evolving creation of Amy Jane Nosal.

From first exploring yoga with her mom's Gaiam home videos, she has expanded her experiences in yoga and meditation over 10 years. Specifically, Amy is familiar with Hatha, Kundalini, Viniyoga, Iygenar and Soma- yogas, as well as western and eastern meditation practices and wellbeing frameworks. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Yoga North in Duluth, Minnesota in 2020 and maintains her certifications with the Yoga Alliance.

Ground.Rise.Grow is a 3-part monthly wellness series built to help kick off the new year with strength and actually stick to resolutions through an empowering blend of fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being.

It's the time of year to return to NRG Fitness at 174 E Michigan Ave in Ironwood, MI!

Yoga Curious classes will be held 5:30-6:30pm (central time) every Monday starting October 6th. In these one hour sessions we'll explore traditional yoga for everyday living, including adaptable poses, breath techniques and meditations.

There's a sliding fee scale ($5-$20 per class), and the first class is free for each student. All details at www.homexbodyyoga.com!

The Ironwood Hoop Club is circling up!

All are welcome to enjoy guided hula hoop play with me and co-instructor Anna Gogebic Yoga. Of course, there will be a little yoga to support curious and comfortable movement.

We'll be meeting in Longyear Park (along Hemlock St, by the bandshell) on Thursdays from 6-7pm (central time), from August 28 to September 18.

Beginners encouraged, no experience needed. Hoopers under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Suggested donation $5-$15.
