Hi there......some of you know me as Teresa Roden Licensed massage therapist from Rockford IL or Teresa Cox Licensed massage therapist from Earth and Sky Day spa in Ironwood MI.

Well, it's never too late to be starting a new chapter in your life. Starting January 1, 2026 I will be opening up my new office for massage therapy here in the UP Michigan, Ironwood. I had my own office in Rockford IL for 29 years and then I closed that location to move to the UP with my husband Dan. I have been a massage therapist at the Earth and Sky Day spa in Ironwood but the spa will be closing at the end of the year. So......I am not going anywhere so hope to see you in 2026
