Today is national Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Day, and to celebrate we want to introduce our newest RDN on the team Angela Cho!

Why did you want to become a RDN?

“I have grown up with a deeper appreciation for all types of food since I was young, thanks to my father who has been a chef for over 25 years. I decided to pursue a career in dietetics when I discovered the potential for food to be medicine for the mind, body, and soul. I aspired to be a dietitian to help equip people of all backgrounds to use food as medicine.”

What is your favorite part about being a RDN?

“Meeting hundreds of people and getting to know their stories, and witnessing any positive impact I can make through empowering others with nutrition knowledge!”

Many of you have had the pleasure of meeting & working with Angela but if not come by and say hello!
