We are looking for a product manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for building new features and products. Must have collaborative style with a strong sense of urgency and desire to get things done. This opportunity is remote at the moment but will be onsite in Delhi once COVID-19 scenario is over.

Responsibilities
• Create product documentation including but not limited to product requirements and use case definitions.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and corresponding tools like JIRA/Confluence.
• Work closely with business owners and engineering team to prioritize features and functionality.
• Refine, manage and prioritize product backlog.
• Define, document and track the completion of Epics, stories, tasks and bugs.
• Participate in scrum ceremonies- Daily Scrum, retrospectives and sprint planning.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent to a minimum 2 years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Business related role.
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
• Excellent technical and analytical skills and the ability to pay careful attention to detail.
• Product Owner/Product Manager or equivalent PO certification would be a PLUS.
• Must be detail oriented and obsessively organized.
