A+ Pediatrics is excited to announce the addition of two new providers to our dedicated staff team! This is a huge step forward for the business and our patients as a whole. We are both excited and proud to continue providing top notch care to our patients in and surrounding the Madison/Estill area.

In addition to this, moving forward, we are proud to announce two new things:

Our commitment is and has always been to provide top-notch pediatric healthcare. Because of the high demand for services and the extremely fast growth of the clinic, there has regrettably recently been a waiting list for new patients. Effective immediately, we are no longer on a waitlist and will be accepting new patients as of 10/14/2025. Phone calls to patients currently on the waitlist will be scheduled first in order of when they were added to the list.

Additionally, with the extremely high demand of patients in the area, we’ve had to turn away a number of appointments recently. This goes against the service we hope to provide. Our goal is to always be able and willing to offer same-day-visits and make your healthcare needs and experience as accessible as possible.

With the addition of these new providers, going forward, our goal is to entertain same-day visits and allow much more accessible scheduling for all types of appointments, including well-child exams, physicals, and of course sick visits.

We are so excited to have you with us for these exciting new steps and appreciate your patience for sticking with us as we worked through the growing pains!

We are aware of recent misinformation circulating on social media regarding A+ Pediatrics, its leadership, and operations. We understand that some individuals have taken to Facebook to spread false and defamatory claims. A+ Pediatrics proudly serves thousands of patients and generates millions of dollars in revenue annually.

Our success is not dictated by gossip.

These posts do not bother us, and they do not impact our operations or reputation among the thousands of families who trust us with their care. Furthermore, we take our legal and regulatory responsibilities very seriously. A+ Pediatrics has and continues to work closely with multiple attorneys who ensure our full compliance with healthcare regulations, employment law, contract management, and oversight.

While we are confident in our practices and reputation, we also want to remind the public that making knowingly false and defamatory statements online can constitute libel. We reserve the right to pursue all legal remedies available under the law to protect our reputation and the safety of our staff and patients.

We want to directly address and clarify these statements:

- Substance Abuse Allegations:
All providers and staff at A+ Pediatrics are required to pass comprehensive background checks and routine drug testing. Furthermore, it is both legally and logistically impossible for a healthcare provider to prescribe controlled substances to themselves. No licensed pharmacy would fill such a prescription.

- Allegations of Abuse:
Claims of verbal or physical abuse are categorically false. We maintain 24/7 audio and video surveillance throughout our facility, with footage retained for two years. No evidence has ever supported any claim of harassment or abuse.

- Certifications:
The clinic has been certified and inspected by the State of Kentucky Office of Inspector General. Furthermore, the clinic has been certified by the Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services, a federal agency, further disparaging any claims of wrongdoing or malice.

- Claims of Lawsuits:
At this time, there are no lawsuits filed against A+ Pediatrics, its owners, or its staff, regarding the business.

- Financial Health and Operations:
A+ Pediatrics is not closing. In fact, we are actively expanding, onboarding new providers, and increasing our patient capacity. Since last year, clinic revenue has grown by over 500%. The reason we have temporarily stopped accepting new patients is because of how sought after the clinic is, which has made a waitlist for new patients necessary. Our operations remain financially healthy and fully compliant with all legal and regulatory standards.

We remain focused on providing exceptional care to our patients and their families. We appreciate the support of our exceptional community and how quickly we have been able to grow and excel as a business. Due to an HVAC system issue, the clinic will be closed today. The indoor temperature is currently 84°F, which is unsafe for our young patients and staff. Maintenance staff is working on repairing the issue and we plan to resume normal business hours tomorrow, 8/12.

In order to better serve our families and continue supporting our summer staff team, A+ Pediatrics will be updating our office hours effective July 7, 2025.

🗓️ New Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 9 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 9 AM – 12:00 PM

NEW! Saturday Hours: We will now be open the first Saturday of every month during our busy summer season (starting in August) for check-ups and urgent sick visits.

These changes are designed with YOU in mind...giving working parents more flexibility to bring their children in before or after work, and offering weekend options when weekdays are packed.
