New Injury Posting: December 8, 2009:



Patient involved in a slip and fall injury at Target Store in September
2009. Patient has been receiving treatment from medical provider and
has been speaking with Target Stores directly to resolve incident.
Patient indicated that she may need an attorney to further the
communication with Target. Her physician has indicated that she will
be released from treatment within the next few weeks. She'd like to
have representation prior to being released!
