Two healthcare leaders looking to turn their personal stories of caregiving and love into a completely different approach. Book Club is officially back in action! We dove into Jon Gordon's "The Positive Dog" and it sparked great conversation.

The questions we discussed really got everyone thinking and sharing. It was awesome seeing our team open up about mindset shifts, personal growth stories, and how we do our part in feeding the positive dog for ourselves and those around us.

These moments of connection and learning together are what make our workplace special. 💙

🌟 Week of Wellness Recap 🌟

to our Week of Wellness celebrating Mental Health Awareness Month, and what an incredible week it was! One of our standout events happened on Wednesday with a "Mindful Nourishment" presentation led by personal trainer Tony Rodriguez.

Tony shared valuable insights on the 5 components of overall wellness: nutrition, hydration, activity, sleep, and stress management. Our team learned so much about the powerful connection between what we fuel our bodies with and how we feel mentally and physically. The presentation was both educational and inspiring, giving us practical tools we can use every day.

To make the experience even better, we had the pleasure of enjoying delicious, healthy food catered by Chef Tony Barrera from Elite Meal Prep. The combination of learning about mindful nutrition while actually experiencing it through Chef Tony's carefully crafted meals was perfect. Our team got to taste how healthy eating can be both nutritious and absolutely delicious.

It was such a successful event that brought our team together around wellness, learning, and great food. Seeing everyone engaged, asking questions, and genuinely excited about improving their health habits was exactly what we hoped for during Mental Health Awareness Month.

Thank you to both Tonys for making this such a memorable and impactful day. Here's to continuing our wellness journey together! 💙
