IBS is actively looking for a Janitorial Sales and operation Professional with proven experience driving revenue and finding new business leads. The Janitorial Sales and operation Associate position offers a Part-Time hourly of $20.00 based on experience, plus uncapped monthly commission, car allowance, company cell phone and laptop. Responsibilities and Duties
Developing leads and turning them into opportunities
Creating and maintaining client relationships – Weekly meetings with clients & associates
Maintain a sales pipeline by achieving monthly metric targets within our Software. Willing to travel
Participate in weekly Sales Team meetings and report to executive team
Qualifications and Skills
3+ years of experience in the Janitorial Sales Field
Proficiency with standard corporate tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet navigation, CRM applications – Salesforce is preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
Strong relationship management skills
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
