Breathe and unwind with us on Monday afternoons! 🧘🏿♀️
Each week, we'll explore different practices such as meditation, mindful movement, and loving-kindness meditation.
Science shows that mindfulness can reduce anxiety, improve sleep, enhance your mood, and boost focus.
No prior experience needed and beginners are warmly welcomed! As a special gift, participants will receive an essential oil roller to carry their mindful practice with them.
We'll gather in front of Zot N' Go, then embark as a group to a serene spot for our meditation session.
