Annual Brain Injury Symposium 2025!

Join us for the Annual 2025 Synapse Brain Symposium, where TBI/ABI individuals will share their personal stories alongside specialists in neuroscience, public health, and medicine. This event will feature engaging discussions, interactive activities, and expert insights into brain health and recovery. You'll also have the chance to network with professionals, researchers, and fellow students who share a passion for brain health. Calling all TBI/ABI members! Want to get to know others with TBI/ABIs? Want to talk about your experience and get support? We are having our very first peer support meeting this Saturday from 1-2:30! Caregivers are also encouraged to attend. We hope to see you soon!

For general members, this meeting is for board only, as general members have not yet completed training. We will let you know about future peer support meetings! Thank you for your patience.

March marks the month of the year that raises awareness for those with Brain Injuries. Many of these injuries are a result of stroke, infectious disease, concussions, and brain tumors. BIAA, the Brain Injury Association of America reports that at least 2.8 million people sustain brain injury each year. 🧠💙
