39 years… older, wiser, calmer, open-hearted — more grounded in who I am, less rushed to prove anything, and more present for the beauty in small, ordinary moments. I’ve learned to listen more — to my body, to the silence, to what truly matters. I don’t chase, I attract. I trust the timing. I let go with grace and receive with gratitude.

Thanks .flow for capturing these moments ❤️

Happy Valentine’s Day! ❤️

Today is filled with love notes and sweet words. But among all the love we share with others, let’s not forget the most important one – self-love.

True love starts within. It’s about caring for your body, mind, and soul. It’s about accepting yourself unconditionally. It’s about being kind to yourself, even in moments of doubt.

Self-love is not selfish; it’s the foundation of a balanced and fulfilling life. When you are at peace with yourself, you can truly love and support others.

Let this day be a reminder that you are worthy of love – most importantly, your own. ❤️

✨ 2024 in Moments ✨

I don’t usually do yearly recaps or highlight my achievements, but looking back at my photos, I realized how many beautiful, happy moments this year has gifted me.
As I scrolled through the photos of this past year, I felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude. From early morning yoga flows under the open sky to peaceful hikes by the ocean, from shared laughter with my family to watching my daughter grow into her creative and curious self.

It wasn’t just the big adventures like camping trips or sunsets on beautiful beaches - it was also the little things: the first sip of coffee in the morning, reading a book on a wild beach, or the way the ocean always seems to whisper “you’re exactly where you need to be”

This year reminded me to live in the moment and treasure what’s already around me. It’s the ordinary that often holds the extraordinary.

As we step into 2025, let’s slow down, look around and appreciate the NOW. Celebrate your small victories, hold space for self-discovery, gratitude doesn’t have to wait for big events - it blooms in the small, everyday magic we often overlook.

What are you most grateful for this year? I’d love to hear your moments of joy 💛

Yesterday, we stepped into the magical world of Universal Studios, and my 10-year-old daughter couldn’t contain her excitement as we explored every corner of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, the only place she wants to spend her time in universal studios. Watching her light up as she waved her wand and cast ‘spells’ reminded me of how powerful belief is.

At 10, she still believes in magic—and I hope she always will. Not just the kind in stories, but the kind that makes us dream bigger, love deeper, and see the extraordinary in the ordinary. As a parent, I feel it’s my job to nurture that belief, to show her that there is something greater than us, whether it’s magic, hope, or the beauty of connection.

What do you think about fostering belief in our kids? Do you remember a time when you believed in magic—or still do? ✨

Northern California and the Oregon coast are truly magical. I found it impossible to choose just a few photos because every moment felt so special. The rugged coastline, with its wild beaches and dramatic cliffs, stirred something deep within me. It’s the kind of beauty that speaks to your soul, reminding you of the power and serenity of nature. Every stretch of sand and each wave crashing against the rocks felt like a new adventure, a reminder of how small we are in the vastness of the world, yet how deeply we can be touched by its splendor.

The way the sun dips below the horizon feels like a quiet reminder to slow down and appreciate the beauty in the simple things. Each sunset is a moment to reflect, breathe deeply, and just be present. 🌅

🌱 Svadhyaya: The Journey Inward 🌱
There’s something profoundly peaceful about sitting on a wild beach, with the sound of the waves as your only background music, and a good book in hand. It’s in these moments that I find the perfect space for Svadhyaya—self-study.

Svadhyaya, or self-study, is one of the Niyamas in yoga that invites us to turn inward and explore our true selves.

Through Svadhyaya, we get to peel back the layers of our thoughts, actions, and beliefs, revealing the essence of who we are. It’s not about judging ourselves, but rather understanding and accepting all the pieces that make us whole.

Taking time for self-reflection, whether through reading, journaling, or simply sitting with our thoughts, is essential for personal growth. Today, I’m grateful for this moment of connection with myself and the world around me. 🌿

Life’s challenges can often feel overwhelming, like a vast desert stretching endlessly before us. Yet, even in the harshest of conditions, oases exist—pockets of life.
When life is tough, finding these oases means looking for moments of joy, small victories, and sources of comfort that can sustain us. It could be the support of friends and family, the satisfaction of completing a task, or the beauty found in nature or art. These moments remind us that tough times don’t last forever; there are breaks and chances to feel better.
The light amidst darkness symbolizes hope and the belief that difficult times are temporary. Even in the darkest periods, there is always the potential for change and improvement. This light can be a goal, a dream, or a simple act of kindness that shifts our perspective.
