We are excited to announce that Inari Medical entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Stryker.

Combining Inari’s world-class VTE treatments with Stryker’s capabilities and global footprint will allow us to build on our tremendous progress in pioneering an entirely new approach to helping patients with Venous Thromboembolism.

Upon close, which we expect to occur in the first quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions, the Inari team will join the Stryker family to accelerate the development of innovative new solutions and enter new markets to impact more patients around the world.

Angela’s life took a sudden turn when years of unexplained anxiety and shortness of breath led her to the ER, where she learned a dangerous clot was behind her symptoms. Diagnosed with May-Thurner Syndrome, Angela’s health was at risk, but thanks to the Inari Medical system and the skilled care of her doctors, she was able to undergo a life-saving procedure.

Now, with a second chance at life, Angela is back to doing what she loves, embracing each moment with her family and a renewed sense of peace and joy.
